Model Release:

AGREEMENT

Client grants KaitMikayla Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me or my child. The photographs may be used for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to promotional materials and advertising.

USE OF PHOTOS:

I understand and agree that KaitMikayla Photography may alter the photographs as they see fit, and that they have the right to copyright the photographs. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final photographs or any use of them.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless KaitMikayla Photography from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of or relating to the use of the photographs, including but not limited to any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
